Eric Ticana

Eric Ticana is a sushi chef and the coach of the French national sushi team, which he founded in 2018. Today, in addition to his coaching duties, he serves his exceptional sushi as part of an omakase menu at his restaurant, GOMA, located in Val d'Europe, for everyone to enjoy.
