Sword Art Online - Unanswered//butterfly

A film created to mark the release of the game Echoes of Aincrad, directed by Tadahiro Yoshihara (Star Wars Visions: Bird of Paradise). The screening is accompanied by an exclusive message from the game's producer, Yusuke Futami.

The Story: Emi (Emirun), a young girl passionate about video games, and her former tutor, Reiichi (Rex), find themselves unexpectedly trapped in this virtual world that has been transformed into a game—one in which losing all your health points means dying in reality as well. Quickly confronted with an incident involving a certain “Black Swordsman,” how will they face this deadly game? What fate awaits them when it’s hard to tell allies from enemies?
